What is HOPE?

HOPE is a fair housing organization that works to bring people together. Maybe we should ask not "what is HOPE,' but "who is HOPE?"

HOPE is:

• Newcomers and old timers.
• Bleeding hearts and hearts that have bled.
• Friends who want to rock the boat and others who prefer smooth sailing.
• People of all faiths as well as those whose only faith is hope.
• Black, White, Yellow, Red and Brown because we all have a stake in the future.
• Abled, disabled and somewhere in between.
• Hopeful people and those who have almost lost hope.
• Those who look for a better life not just for themselves but for their neighbors and country as well.

Work with us, hope with us, and fight with us so that one day housing discrimination will be a painful memory but not a continuing reality.
